We recommend measuring your natural nails before placing an order. Measure the widest part of each nail in millimeters and compare it with our size guide.
If you are between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size. You can gently file the sides for a better fit.
How long do press-on nails last?
Wear time depends on how you apply them and your daily activities.
With proper application, press-on nails can typically last 1–2 weeks. For short-term wear, adhesive tabs are a great option. For longer wear, nail glue usually provides a stronger hold.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, many press-on nails can be reused if they are removed carefully and kept in good condition.
To make them last longer, avoid soaking them for too long, do not pull them off forcefully, and store them safely after each use.
How do I apply the nails?
For best results:
- Clean your natural nails
- Push back your cuticles
- Lightly buff the nail surface
- Choose the correct nail size for each finger
- Apply adhesive tabs or nail glue
- Press firmly for 20–30 seconds
Avoid water, lotion, or oil for the first few hours after application.
How do I remove them safely?
Do not forcefully pull them off.
Soak your nails in warm water with a little soap or oil for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift the edges. Repeat if needed.
Gentle removal helps protect your natural nails and makes the press-ons easier to reuse.
Are the nails handmade?
Yes. Our press-on nails are handmade with care. Because of this, small variations in color, pattern, or details may happen. This is part of what makes each set unique.
How long does processing take?
In-stock items are usually processed and shipped as soon as possible.
Some handmade or made-to-order styles may require extra production time. For these items, production typically takes 15–20 business days.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from San Jose, California.
U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping.
International orders usually arrive within 8–15 business days after shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $60.
For orders under $60, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will try our best to update it. Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of press-on nails, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check around your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, or with neighbors first.
