Return Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return and exchange service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from velin.store, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the return is not due to a product quality issue, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused and in the original packaging
- Provide your order number, email address, and proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot)
How to Apply
Email velinllc@gmail.com to submit your return or exchange request.
- If the item has not yet shipped, we will immediately issue a refund.
- If the item has already shipped, once your request is approved, we will provide the return address. You simply need to send the package via your nearest USPS location.
Once we receive your return, we will process your request promptly:
- Refunds: Processed within 1–7 business days to your original payment method (processing time may vary depending on your bank).
- Exchanges:
- In-stock items will ship within 3 business days of receiving your return.
- Out-of-stock items will ship according to the order queue.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Minor wear to the outer box is considered normal, but if the product itself is damaged, please take photos and contact us at velinllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Be sure to include your order number and email address in the email. To help us resolve the issue quickly, keep the shipping box, packaging materials, and the damaged item for carrier inspection.
Exceptions
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
